I was arrested for a felony, will I face felony charges in court?

“The officer is supposed to give a 5th Amendment warning if he wants to question after he arrests you.  Often, however, they do not.  The only consequence is that the prosecution cannot use any of your answers to questions by the police after the arrest.”

“Many times people who represent themselves don’t realize the full consequences of their actions until it is too late.  “Drunk Driving” is a very complex field with consequences that involve the courts, the DMV, your insurance and driving record, your finances, and potentially, your future employer.”
