There are three types of rape:

       at a social meeting
     - Spousal rape: when a spouse forces the other spouse to have sexual intercourse
     - Statutory rape: sexual intercourse with a person under 18 years old

Rape usually has no witnesses.  Evidence may consist of the testimony of the accuser, DNA, police reports, pictures, and hospital records of the victim.
